Junior Terms and Conditions
Minimum age requirements for all junior bookings is 11 years old. Please note that adult parties may be present on junior game day events. Parent/guardian consent forms are required for all players under 18. Forms will need to be completed for the individuals on the morning of the event.
All bookings must be confirmed in advance with an admission fee of £8.99 per player. The balance for paintballs is then payable upon arrival on the day directly to the venue.
All bookings within 7 days of game date are strictly non-refundable.
All bookings outside of this period are subject to a 50% refund upon cancellation. Our 100% money back guarantee is only offered to bookings that are booked at least 14 days in advance and are cancelled within 24 hours of that booking being made. All cancellations must be made via email to avoid any time discrepancies. In the event of cancellation on our behalf, an alternative date, venue or full refund will be offered. If your event is cancelled by us due to severe weather a refund will not be offered as this is out of our control.
If you wish to cancel or change the date of your event we must have 20 days notice. If a change of date is requested by the client then an administration fee of £20 will be charged.
Players must adhere to rules and regulations at all our venues on the day of their event. Players should remain courteous to staff and game marshalls at all times. Failure to do so may lead to you being asked to leave the site without a refund. Players must arrive on site at the specified start time on your confirmation. Players must be present for the safety briefing, failure to attend the safety briefing can lead to your event being cancelled and no refund or amendment will be offered.
Your booking is not confirmed until you have received an e-mail confirmation or written confirmation. In receipt of your confirmation you must check that all the details are correct, as amendments may not be possible at a later date. You will be required to take a copy of either of these on the day as proof of your booking.
Players that fail to turn up on the day of your event forfeit their deposit. Paintballs are in no circumstances transferable to other members of the group. Paintballs cannot be used to offset the balance payable on arrival. The balance will be payable for the amount of players that turn-up. Paintballs that are not used from the 400 package cannot be transferred to other players nor can they be refunded. Additional paintballs can only be purchased on site and you are not permitted to bring your own. Paintball prices are subject to change. Refunds are at Paintballing Ltd’s discretion.
Paintballing Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, without warning. Whilst we take great care in choosing venues for you, Paintballing Ltd act as a booking agent and therefore are not responsible for the running, maintenance and equipment on the affiliated paintball parks. Paintballing Ltd are not liable for any claims against injury or loss of property on site.
Your confirmation email or letter will be sent on the day you make your booking. If you do not receive either within 48 hours it is your duty to contact us as we are not responsible.
